THEY RESISTED

Set within the earliest days of the trans-Atlantic slave trade, They Resisted tells the story of African Resistance to the wide spread Slave trade perpetrated by white farm owners and greedy African leaders who will do all they can to acquire goods brought in from Europe but also as a strategy to hold on to power. A young man is tired with the way in which the seating Chief of his village accuse people of witchcraft and sold them into slavery, his anger led him to take action.
